 My Approach

My name is Shane, and I am the coach behind Stability Running. My coaching philosophy promotes a sustainable, fun, and fulfilling running experience by fostering trust through radical joy, integrity, effective communication, and evidence-based holistic training. Stability Running helps cultivate both mental resilience and physical development for long-term success. I am a certified coach, and I have a PhD in Health Psychology. My degree has provided me tools and knowledge in positive health behavior change and mental health management.​

I currently charge $80 a month for coaching services charged on the first of each month. You will be locked into that rate going forward.

 

I also offer a "Running 101" one-time consultation/class geared toward new runners for $30. 

Who Stability Running is for

Whether you’re running your first mile, 5k, returning after time away, or just want more consistency and development in training, Stability Running provides structured coaching meant to meet you where you are.

 

I focus on steady progress, consistency, strong habits, and long-term development. Despite being online, I want to give you good guidance and communication to be present in your training.
